Lost and gone...

While the location is great, and the rooms are comfy, I no longer stay here anymore. Three hours after checking out, I realized I left my jewelry by the bathtub. I immediately called the hotel. They questioned their staff, and said nothing was turned in or considered lost. I repeatedly called, because I knew specifically where I left my ring and necklace. The front desk and management staff was wonderful in trying to assist me, but the housekeeping staff was questionable. Why keep something that isn't yours? To this day I have not returned. And to anyone staying there, the rooms are VERY comfortable, but don't leave anything valuable behind. You might not get it back. :(
