THERE ARE MUCH BETTER HOTELS

We just got back from our vacation. We took 1 family suite and 1 regular room. The front desk staff was lousy, not at all friendly, or helpful. There were bugs every night in the bathroom and they tell you bed linens and towels are changed every 2 days! The free breakfast was sloppy and hard to locate, had no supversion, and the buffet was unkept. They have laundry service and when you ask for soap, they send you to another hotel! The phones don't work and when you ask, they claim they do work but nobody seems to check. There is no beach nearby, either. Most hotels have a beach behind the hotel. There are too many better hotels to bother with this one.
