Stayed at this hotel July 24, 25, 26 of 2004. Would not ever stay again. Room was dirty and outdated, no towels becasue hotel was booked. Front desk said they would deliver them but never did. I called 3 times for towels until they finally said to come to the desk to get them. Halls were dirty and stairways were spoted with food and waste. Cigarette butts all over the grounds, and children running through the halls all night with no supervision. Never saw any hotel security. THis morning (July 27, 2004) I read in the morning paper that the hotel is going to put in a new water park. Comfort Inn Corporate should put the money into better and friendly staff, as well as cleaning up the place. Carpets were so dirty throughout. Why would they consider a water park on a property where current management can't keep what they have in good working order. You should have seen the sheets on my bed, they were so old and faded, and the towels (when I could get one) were as rough as sandpaper. Cost me $403.00 for three nights (Sat., Sun., and Mon.) A very, very poor value for the money!
