The room smelled from the paint fumes, the floor under the newly laid carpet had a hole in it so large my kids had to jump over it to use the bathroom. The shower did not work, and we were given a key to use a different room to shower in at the other end of the building at 8am. The comfoters were filthy. If other hotels hadn't been booked, we would have never stayed! It was disgusting. The front desk staff were uncaring and rude! Never again if that's the kind of service that is considered acceptable!!!!!!!
