not what I bargained for

Booked this hotel a month in advance and in person. Good rates but no mention at the time of booking of $8.00 fee for parking in there own lot each day. That makes the casino shuttle not free as advertised, nice try folks. I've smoked for 30 years so they put me in non smoking room, why would I book this? They did nothing to assist us with their screw up. Manager(female) would rude and uncaring when we cancelled our extra night and checked out. I would never stay at this dump again. I advise people to go to hotel across the street, rates are comparable and its newer and has a great lobby and looks fantastic. I'll book there next time I'm in the falls.
