I booked a room at this hotel 4 months before my planned stay. When I called three weeks to confirm they couldn't find my reserv. Even when I gave a confirmation #. They had rooms so I booked then again. When I called a week before my stay to cancel, they couldn't find it again. My credit card has been charged and they refuse to refund the charge
