We had a very bad experience here on our honeymoon.

We reserved a king suite for 3 nights and were given a double bed room. The room had a leak in the bathroom somewhere and it soaked the carpeting in front of the sink. We had to call 3 times about this and then all they did was bring up a fan. Everytime we used the shower it got worse. I am surprised the floor didn't fall through. The heat did not work on the last night there. We got no satisfaction from the staff and were very disappointed especially since we were on our honeymoon.
