I made my reservations at this hotel as part of a vacation package, I thought Ramada was a decent chain and the room would be nice. When I arrived at the hotel, we were checked into our room and given our "free breakfast" vouchers. We got into the elevator to go up to our room and the light was out, so we rode up in the dark. When we entered the hallway, it smelled like mildew(not a good first impression). We then proceeded to our room, upon entering our room, it was very dirty and the beds sagged terribly. We decided we would give it the night, since it was part of a package. They didn't turn on our phone, even after I called them repeatedly ( I did leave the credit card deposit) we couldn't get a cell phone signal so we had to exit the room to make any calls. The next morning we went to get our free breakfast, it was disgusting. The food was soggy and lacked taste, the silverware and table were dirty. We went to check out the game room that was advertised and it was next to bathroom, which smelled like urine out into the hall, The game room had 1 working video game in it. Needless to say we were not happy. When we returned to our room later in the day, there was a note on the door telling us there was no hot water, and we would have to move rooms. We checked out!!!
