Never again!

I work at a Holiday Inn Express in TX and have never witnessed a more poorly operated Holiday Inn. It took close to ten minutes just to check into the hotel and after doing so I was put in an occupied room. Knowing that this is not an uncommon problem I was not upset. I became upset when it took another five to ten minutes just to find another room to put me in. The lady at the front seemed like she did not know what she was doing and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Finally, after receiving my second set of keys, I luckily was given a vacant room but the problem did not stop there. The room I was given was 301 and the bathroom was horrible. The shower and bathtub had mildew all over it and the bathtub was peeling. Besides dated fixtures and overall physical appearance there were no other problems encountered, but I would recommend speaking to the front desk staff about providing better customer service.
