non smoking- filled with smoke. Complained-requested a new room, no maid on duty- Sent up ionizer which couldn't be used while in the room! What? room still stunk of smoke-nauseating. room was dirty, dusty and unkempt. A/C, blow-dryer, key didn't work. Teens on same floor- Loud swearing, arguing with guests, fighting in the halls and running up and down in underwear, we were told that it was being taken care of- NOT! IT WENT ON ALL NIGHT. NEVER A MANAGER, NEVER TAKEN CARE OF- NOT COMPENSATED WHEN WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE. F.DESK MAN. ARGUMENTATIVE. THEN WE WERE CHARGED TWO TIMES ON OUR CARD. NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS. NEVER EVER AGAIN!I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
