GREAT

I had the best time with my girl scout troop and we also had a great time Ice Skating in side.We went to the pool and raced it was so fun when we went to the beach at night. We also had the ice scating rink to ourselves.I think the best part was when my friend and I got on the elevater and stopped at every floor.

Terrible Customer Service/Management

Pictures are deceiving. The best part of this place is the beach. The accommodations are absolutely deplorable. The carpet smells of mold and cigarette smoke in the "non- smoking" rooms, the bathroom needs renovating, the comforter, sheets, chair, draperies are need replacing. The balcony is not up to code--a small child could literally fall between the gaps in the railing. It takes on an average of 4 minutes for the elevator to come. The front desk staff, at best, is undereducated, rude, non- thinking, robotic zombies.

Can't say enough - great staff - lots to do - the new outdoor pools are great for the kids. The best restaurant, steaks were great - can't wait to go back next year.

I had so much fun we i came here with my sis and family for her cheerleading compeatition a while back. I loved every moment besides the fact that it was freezing cold we still had fun. exspecially in the pool and ice skatin beside the bumpy stuff. But it was fun.
