When we arrived, the commode seat had urine all over it, and even tho they came to clean it promptly, we noticed the bathroom overall was not real clean. Then one of the nights, two maintenance men walked into our room w/o knocking or announcing themselves. They used their key. Then the next morning, we had no hot water. Management told me they were having problems with the boiler, maintenance said they had a 100-gal wtr heater for a whole building. Management said they got it fixed, but it was obvious they just turned it up extremely high, so that hot water was scalding when it came out. I hope no child gets hurt from that. Management did give me some of my money back, but I would never stay there again.
