a generally poor experience

Our 'non'smoking" room stank of smoke (we changed rooms.) The cleaning staff were sullen and reluctant to do even an adequate job. The "breakfast buffet" for $7.95 had cold scrambled eggs, and cold, greasy bacon and sausage--no cereals or juices at all. We were ruluctantly given the toast for which we had to ask, and coffee, tea were "extras."
