The worst!!!

When we arrived from Wisconsin we had to wait 30 minutes to check in because they didn't have our reservation. Which we had our travel agent make 3 weeks prior. The internet service was out, they would take our dirty towels and not leave the same clean ones. We were suppose to have a deluxe contitenal breakfast everyday and they charged us $15/per person each day if we just even wanted coffee out of the dining room. Never did get the breakfast included. We paid for it one morning and believe me it was horrible. They didn't change our sheets on the bed not once in 5 days. We got off the elevator on our floor and it smelled so bad like old musty carpet it made you sick. Also, there are no places near to eat at.
