Italian-Style Luxury in the Heart of Vegas
Review From: NexTag Editorial Review, Jun 9, 2008
The Bellagio offers first-class accommodations combined with a variety of entertainment choices. This Tuscan-style hotel is home to the famous dancing fountains. Thousands of water streams dance to choreographed music and lights in the lake located at the hotel's forefront. Continuing the aquatic theme, the Bellagio offers the renowned Cirque du Soleil water-acrobatics show of "O" as well as other star attractions. The glass-sculptured ceilings of the lobby lets in natural light and illuminates the marble entryways. The Conservatory, a botanical garden featuring exotic plants and flowers, is a great site for taking snapshots. Gambling guests will enjoy the 116,000 square feet casino with over 2,700 slot machines. Shoppers will appreciate the Via Bellagio, a glass and iron strip offering designer shops and boutiques. The 3,933 guest rooms and suites are elegantly designed and feature marble entryways and city views. The décor is contemporary Mediterranean with earth tone colors. The bathrooms are the real attraction here. Marble and glass surround the spacious bathrooms and its centerpiece of deep luxury tubs. While the accommodations are first rate, the hotel can become overwhelmingly crowded with people coming to visit the casino or watch the attractions. Noise from the dancing fountains can also be heard from some of the rooms.
