I stay at this hotel A LOT! Three to four times a month. It is the best hotel downtown. Excellent service, amenities and the food comes straight from famous Fish Bones next door.

If this is four star then the Motel 8 is five star!!!

I stayed at the Atheneum on Nov 20th. The room was filthy, staff unfriendly and environment was loud and out of control. I ended up leaving before the night was over and going to the Marriott.
