Lakefront Resort Offers a Lot, but Does It Without Much Flare

No matter the time of year, the Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center offers an impressive array of activities and amenities (including golf and a spa). However, if the Arrowwood were an ice cream flavor, it would probably be vanilla (and not the exciting kind with little specks of vanilla beans). There¿s certainly nothing wrong with vanilla¿or the Arrowwood. However, neither are particularly exciting or memorable. With that said, the Arrowwood is definitely at a curious crossroads. Although travelers didn¿t have complaints about the resort¿s condition, some did mention that it is starting to show a bit of age. This same perspective applies to the food, service, and overall experience at the Arrowwood. Located in Alexandria, Minnesota, the Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center is 130 miles from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and 100 miles from Fargo, North Dakota.
