although the very small hotel room itself and room attendants were pleasant to be in/around, the front desk reps or whatever they are called seemed to be unknowledgeable and lacked communication with each other and the travel agencies they deal with. yes, it is a budget HOTEL, but that doesnt mean charge the consumers an extra night and argue with them when the hotel staff makes a billing mistake.
