I would never go back

At first glance, this place isn't too bad...relatively well-priced, it allowed pets. But, in reality, it was dirty and the staff had terrible customer-service skills. Not to mention, all prices and times posted at the hotel are subject to change without notice, depending on who you speak with. For example, the laundry room is supposed to be open until 9pm. When I went to get my laundry at 8:45 the door was locked. When I called the manager (even though the guest info book says the office is open until 9 it closes sometime before 7, so I had to call the manager directly), it took her 2 HOURS to come unlock the door so I could get my clothes. She was incredibly rude, and actually yelled at me in the middle of the hallway at 11 o'clock at night. And the walls are very very thin, so I am sure everyone heard her. Speaking of thin walls, don't expect to get a lot of sleep if your neighbors have a loud child or animal, or are just having a conversation late at night. Also, we had spilled some juice on the sofa, so we took the cushion cover off to rinse it out, and you should have seen the dirt come out of this thing. It was as if it had never been vacuumed. The bath and kitchenette were both dingy and grimy. And maid service is only once a week, so if you miss it expect to wait or risk a rude talking-to from the head housekeeper (she told my husband he needed to "communicate better " with the staff when they didn't clean our room). All we had asked for was a couple minutes to get the dog out of the room, and they ended up trying to skip cleaning our room all together. Plus, if you are looking at prices on their website, ignore them. You will be quoted something different depending on who answers the phone at the front desk. Call a couple times to get the best price. I wouldn't recommend this horrible experience to anyone.
