And they call it a vacation?

My family and I did NOT like this hotel. A two room suite turned out to be a tiny little room with a walk in closet. All but one of the beds had springs poking up and there were hair bands and stuff like that on the floor. And then the bathtub backed up up and there was sewage in it. It took about 1 hour to relocate becuase the loby kept hanging up on us. And with all the dumb things they charged us for, I'm surpised they didn't charge us for complaining and then relocating... oh, wait a minute, they did.
