These luxury serviced apartments are located in a historical and newly renovated building. These apartments have recently been completely refurbished and decorated. Everything is brand-new; There is a new kitchen , new bathroom , new floor , new bed and new furniture.
These serviced apartments offer a living room and kitchen on the front of the house. In the back of the house you will find a light and comfortable double bedroom with a bathroom offering a bath tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven , a 5-pit stove , a microwave , a dishwasher and a fridge freezer combination.
The apartments also offer a washing machine , dryer , flat screen TV , DVD player and stereo. Booking Conditions: - These apartments can only be booked with a minimum stay of 7 nights; - Please give your flight details at the 'Remarks/Requests' field of the reservation form , in order to arrange your pick-up service from the airport; - When arriving by car , please give your estimated arrival time at the 'Remarks/Requests' field of the reservation form , in order to arrange your key pick-up. Please note , Amsterdam Suites will charge 25% of the total amount as a deposit on your credit card which is non refundable: - If the booking is cancelled less then 24hours prior to arrival or in case of a no show the total amount of the booking will be charged.
- If the booking is cancelled less then 3 days before arrival 75% of the reservation will be charged. - If the booking is cancelled less then a week before arrival 50% of the reservation will be charged. - If the booking is cancelled more then a week before arrival 25% of the reservation will be charged.
