Room was dirty

We found hair in the shower floor and in the floor of the bathroom. The towels were tattle tale grey and unusable. We were afraid to use the shower for fear of getting a disease. We found dirty tissues in the drawers. There were no amenities like directions to the area, suggestions for restaurants, paper or pen. One small cake of soap for three people, no shampoo. Layers of dust on headboard, TV, and picture frames. When three of us tried to get out of the elevator, it closed on us and did not recede when it hit us.
