Our stay was the best, we booked on the hotel website and the property is just as it is on their site! Very good price for the quailty of service and size of the room. We will be back again the next time we are in Vegas, it is great for couples. Also close to everything.

-Room was falling apart. -Television reception was intermittent. -Room service would not answer the phone. -ATM was out of order for 3 days. -Food quality was a joke. -Front desk used my credit card for charges without authorization. -Would never recommend this hotel to anyone (except maybe my ex-wife).

HOTEL HELL

No lie, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They spent all of this money putting in granite countertops, etc. The room I had the first night the matress was SO BAD I had to sleep on the couch. Why do a remodel AND NOT BUY NEW BEDS? I complained and they moved me to a "better room" at no extra charge. There were big water stains on the wall of the lower floor. The chair in the seating area had HUGE red ink marks where some kid had practiced drawing. The bed still had a huge dip spot in it. And to top it off; I touched the towel rack in the bathroom and IT FELL OFF OF THE WALL. Most of us from the seminar were checking out after the first night, and the rest of us will never forget.........

Really just ok....

The place was nice and so was the suite we ended up in but we really had trouble with the whole experience. We were originally given a lesser room than we had paid for and the pull out sofa didn't have sheets. It took 3 calls (& trip to front desk) to get them. The worst part though was that the multiple air conditioners in the suite did not work well and we roasted.
